This site does not use cookies or tracking. If you email me, I use your details only to reply and to provide the service you ask for, and I keep them only as long as needed for that and for my business records. I do not sell or share them for marketing. To ask about or delete your data, email privacy@tangopaymentstrategy.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The detail
Tango AI Enablement is a trading name of Tango Payment Strategy & Solutions Limited (company number 17378388), the data controller. We are registered with the ICO, registration number CSN1990301. Our address is 86 Johns Road, Northamptonshire, NN7 3PZ.
- This website: no cookies, analytics, advertising tools or contact forms, and no scripts from other companies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes limited technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
- If you email me: I collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell me. My lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps towards a contract if you ask for one.
- How long I keep it: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than two years afterwards, unless the law requires longer. For example, accounting and tax records are kept for six years.
- Who else handles it: email runs on Microsoft 365 and customer records on Attio. They act on my instructions. Where they process data outside the UK, I rely on the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses or the UK-US data bridge.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it, at the address above.
