A practical AI session that slots into your planned off-site or company away day. Teams work on a real task from their own function and leave with something they will use on Monday.
What happens.
Everyone brings their own laptop and Microsoft Copilot. We start with the basics of writing a strong prompt, then teams use it on a real piece of work, using agreed, non-sensitive data. Every person leaves with a prompt or reusable skill they built themselves, for something useful to everyone, such as triaging an inbox or summarising the week.

Up to 20 people with one facilitator. 20 to 40 people with a co-facilitator, +£750 excl. VAT. A 30-day clinic is included, so what is learned on the day sticks. Everyone brings their own laptop and Copilot, and fallbacks are priced bespoke.
Who it suits.
Whoever sets the agenda: an HR or people lead, a managing director, a chief of staff. No technical background needed.
How to start.
Begin with discovery: £1,500 fixed, excl. VAT, credited in full against a follow-on booking within 60 days. We confirm your licences, your data rules and what your Copilot can do before the day.
Good to know.
What if people do not have Copilot?
Fallbacks such as provided equipment or a practice pack can be agreed. They are priced bespoke.
Will it work for a mixed team?
Yes. Teams use their own real tasks, so a finance team and a sales team each build something relevant to them.
Is it only Microsoft?
Microsoft first. ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini can be covered on request.
Where I work.
Based in Northamptonshire, working across the Midlands and beyond.
Travel within about 50 miles of Northampton is included. That covers Northampton, Towcester, Wellingborough, Daventry, Kettering, Corby, Brackley and Market Harborough; Milton Keynes, Bedford, Rugby, Banbury, Aylesbury, Luton, Huntingdon, St Neots, Peterborough and Stamford; and Leicester, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.
I also work with teams elsewhere in the UK, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Nottingham. Travel beyond 50 miles is charged at cost.
