Hands-on AI training for business leaders
Build it yourself, then set the direction.
Leaders do not need another strategy talk. They need to have built something with AI themselves, so they can judge what is worth doing. Six short, practical sessions, for up to six leaders from one organisation.
What you build.
| Session | Focus |
|---|---|
| 1 | Prompt foundations. What makes a strong prompt. Build your first one: a daily briefing that tells you what is on today and the top three things to know about the news topics you care about |
| 2 | Reusable prompts and inbox triage |
| 3 | Your end-of-week review: what I achieved, what is outstanding |
| 4 | Decisions and drafts: papers, briefings and figures, with a checking habit |
| 5 | Governance for leaders: what to allow and how to say yes safely |
| 6 | Set the direction: a one-page AI direction and 90-day experiments |
Each session is 60 minutes, weekly. Scheduled automations are built only where your Microsoft tenant and admin rights allow. Otherwise leaders get one-click saved prompts.
What you leave with.
A personal toolkit of prompts you built yourself, and a one-page AI direction for your team.
Who books it.
A chief executive, HR director or L&D lead. Any of them can be the buyer.
Good to know.
Is this strategy training?
No. It is practical skills with a light governance session, so leaders can set direction from experience.
Do leaders need to practise between sessions?
No. Every session pays off on its own.
Which tools?
Microsoft Copilot first. ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini can be covered on request.
